Dependable Health Services is seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Home Health team serving patients throughout East Tucson and surrounding areas .
This part-time opportunity is perfect for a CNA looking for a flexible schedule while providing meaningful, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes.
Provide personal care and assistance to patients in their homes
Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other activities of daily living
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning as directed by the plan of care
Provide a safe and comfortable environment for patients
Observe patients and report changes in condition or concerns to the appropriate clinical team member
Follow individualized plans of care and established safety procedures
Complete accurate and timely visit documentation
Communicate professionally with patients, families, and members of the care team
Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
Current Arizona CNA certification
Previous home health, home care, hospice, or caregiving experience preferred
Must have at least one year CNA experience
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
Dependable with strong communication skills
Ability to work independently in patients' homes
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
Comfortable traveling throughout the East Tucson service area
